In the drive for performance improvement and agility, today’s leaders have a nearly infinite choice of approaches, methodologies and tools. We are all in search of the answers to the question: What are the key conditions that optimize performance, and accelerate learning and agility within teams and across the enterprise?
In this half-day, hands-on workshop, Steve and Karen will share learnings from the Shingo Award winning book Accelerate, taking you on a fast-paced discussion of these key conditions, and associated practices across a variety of complementary disciplines including Lean, DevOps, Agile, Scrum, Lean Startup and others.
They will also guide you to develop an action plan to conduct a focused Gemba/assessment of your enterprise’s current condition.
The workshop will take place in central Paris from 8:30 am to 12:45 pm.
