Pierre Delort is the President of the French National CIOs association ANDSI. He began his career in consulting then in operation management (retail, insurance and industry). In 1991, he started implementing lean in an insurance company (now Generali). Building upon this experience, he conducted a research project (Ph.D.) about lean management in the service industries at Mines-ParisTech (a french University).
