Thomas Larzilliere, Keepeek

Thomas Larzilliere, CEO and founder of Keepeek

With a dual Engineering (ECAM) and Executive MBA (HEC) training, Thomas Larzillière started his career in software at Sun Microsystems.

He started Keepeek in 2008, willing to support the Marketing Digital revolution. The company thus became the first SaaS collaborative Digital Asset Management platform. Keepeek supported the digital marketing projects from manufacturers like Airbus, Groupe Renault, PSA or retailers like Auchan.

Thomas is a passionate advocate of continuous improvement. In a business where R&D is a key to success, he is heartily committed to improving his company’s product and organization. He chose to tackle this challenge with the help of Agile and Lean methodologies, these being used day-to-day by the whole Keepeek team.

Today, Keepeek is DAM leader in France and achieves a sales growth above 30% every year.

How Lean can support a fast growing software company doubling its delivery, without multiplying its staff?

Ten years after its creation, Keepeek keeps growing at a fast +30% annual rate.
For its teams, it means 4 new projects feeding the planning every week. However, Keepeek’s publisher business model implies heavy integration and customer support phases; thus limiting the delivery to 2 projects per week.

In this talk, Thomas will explain how Keepeek bet on Lean hacks to identify, solve and avoid sticking points in order to double its delivery within 6 months, with the same team.
