Biography: Reni has worked in the IT industry for nearly 20 years, and has worked with both development, operations, support and project management. The last ten years + in the role of an IT Management Consultant.
Her approach is to the point and always focused on making real changes that are right for the organization and context. She has worked in large Danish and International organizations, and has put a large effort into applying the Lean principles, tools and ways to the IT industry. She is behind some of the first certification schemes in the field, and is a member of the Lean IT Association (LITA) Content Advisory Board, and content/exam development team.
