Pierre Jannez is a Lean Coach at Operae Partners, which he joined in 2010. He has designed and implemented Lean projects at software engineering and telecommunications firms, including Nokia and Nokia Siemens Networks. He introduced the Agile/Lean approach during 2002, while directing software development projects at Nokia, and successfully managed the change management process.
