Jael is a Lean IT Master Black Belt (Senior Lean Coach) and Agile coach working for ING Bank in the Netherlands. At the moment Jael is working with David Bogaerts (co-presenter) on the Lean Agile enterprise transition in IT Domestic Banking of ING.
