Nicolas Stampf, BP2I

Nicolas Stampf works with BP2I, a joint venture of IBM and BNP Paribas. He is a lean coach in IT Operations with a developing interest in creating respectful change in organizations using strength-based principles. Andrea Pinnola, Telecom Italia

Passionate about quality and people, he received the ‘Human Resources Development’ Award as head of the OSS Qualification department. Since 2008 he is leading and facilitating improvement activities and workshops in Telecom Italia IT Data Centers, Service Delivery, Service Assurance and Innovation departments, in order to help the adoption of lean practices throughout the company.
