Next to leading a global team within SAP Global IT Infrastructure Services, Christiane Fischer drives organizational design and change management. It is her mission to support other units optimizing business processes to be a powerful and flexible organization. She enables employees to contribute with their potential by providing methodologies and insight to support continuous transformation of E2E services to increase customer value. Christiane has been part of the lean leadership team in SAP Global IT Infrastructure Services for over three years, following the approach of Stephen Parry’s Sense & Respond.
She holds a diploma in civil engineering from the technical university Karlsruhe as well as a degree in business administration. In former positions she was responsible for process & quality management and supporting functions of IT Service Management. The ITIL V3 Expert Certification and her role as a lean coach provide an interesting alliance to bring different perspective into various debates.
