Andrea Pinnola, Telecom Italia

Passionate about quality and people, he received the ‘Human Resources Development’ Award as head of the OSS Qualification department. Since 2008 he is leading and facilitating improvement activities and workshops in Telecom Italia IT Data Centers, Service Delivery, Service Assurance and Innovation departments, in order to help the adoption of lean practices throughout the company. He is also involved in Future Networks studies within the Technology Planning and Standard Coordination Group.
